I loved the location of the hotel, which was close to cafes, restaurants, and museums. The staff was fantastic, very warm and welcoming and made me feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice and specialities from the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean.

i liked the stay and recommend the venue. i had an excellent experience here, everything was excellent, the location was incredible close enough to palazzo tolomei residenza d'epoca, other highlights of florence and all the important tourist places. the superior queen room was gorgeous with the ceiling above the bed, every comfort and a view straight to idyllic red florentine roofs. the staff were welcoming and courteous, overall.
